NEW WEBSITE INFORMATION

As you'll have noticed, we have a new website, which goes along with a new procedure for computer-assisted trading. Here's how it works.

Join NorLETS. You will be sent an email with the current Wanted and Offered lists. These will be updated at regular intervals, probably once a month depending on the frequency of changes members make to their listings.
Contact the person who you want to trade with and make arrangements to do the transaction.
When the transaction is complete, the person who received the goods or service either sends an email like this:
Member No 000
Pay Member No XXX
12 lokes for
2 hours windowcleaning
to lokeskeeper@norlets.org.uk using the subject line “Lokes transaction”
or sends a paper cheque to
NorLETS Administrator, 93a Northfields, Norwich, NR4 7ET
You'll find a pdf file of paper cheques in the Files section of the NorLETS Yahoo trading group
Sign up to the free Yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/norlets/ and you'll be able to access the latest changes to Offered and Wanted lists that other members have posted there. You can choose to receive emails of the postings as they are posted, or as a daily or weekly digest, or not at all, just collect them online when convenient.
